Course Overview
This course is designed to get participants prepared for Six Sigma implementation and handling complex projects.
The participant will be attending an 120 Hr session to complete the course. The course will be conducted in 3 modes
- Public Training : Based on the demand, we will conduct this session at a pre determined location
- In Company Training : Specific to the client organization within their premises
- Blended Mode: Public Training to be completed online with a specific guidance from the Instructor. The guidance slot is to be booked in advance.

Learning Objectives
On completion of the Six Sigma Green Belt training program, participants will be:

Examination
On completion of the session, a certification exam will be conducted. There will be 3 chances to complete the certification examination (Free).
Exam Pattern:
100 multiple choice questions
4 hour duration
No negative marking
Passing percentage: 70%
Certification
Certificate of Course completion
The participant will be issued with a Lean Six Sigma certification, the participant shall complete all the competitions below
1. Complete the Training Session successfully
2. Obtain the passing grade in the examination
On completion of these two conditions, the participant will be eligible for Course Completion Certificate.
Award of Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
To obtain the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate, the participant shall successfully complete at least one improvement project using six sigma methodology and submit the project details. Our Experts will review the project and If accepted, the Participant will be awarded the Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with accreditation.
