Performance Testing Lead

We are looking for Performance Testing Lead for our esteemed client for Bangalore Location

Responsibilities

• Understands and analyzes performance test requirements
• Defines approach and methodology for performance testing
• Develops performance test script suite
• Executes performance tests, captures and analyzes results
• Assist in other performance engineering activities as needed
• Create and report performance test progress and defects
• Maintains performance script repository

Qualification

BE / B Tech / BCA / MCA

Desired Candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience in performance testing using Load Runner.
• 2+ years of experience in performance test framework development
• Exposure on JMeter.
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup
• Ability to lead the topic
• Knowledge on analysis using monitoring tools like AppDynamics
• Good communication skills.
