Roles & Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the Quality of the Deliverables assigned to you
• Maintenance of Quality Management System documentation
• Work on Relentless Improvements to ensure zero defects
• Organizing the Lessons Learnt
• Manage KPIs and Metrics
• Ensure all customer requirements are met
• work with all levels of organization to ensure proper coordination

• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently
• Proactive and self-driven, possesses due sense of urgency
• Openness to collaborate in interest of project/organization
• Shall be very good technically; possess systems mindset and good problem solving abilities
• Working with multisite teams, Quality conscious and Process & customer Oriented.

Functional Knowledge : Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities

Leadership : No supervisory responsibilities but provides informal guidance to new team members

Problem Solving : Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Knowledge on ISO Standards (ISO 9001 as a minimum)
• Languages: Fluency in English is Mandatory
• Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time
